adding spices to a barrel -- tea ball?

We're looking into adding some spices to a barrel aged beer. Would prefer to be able to fish them out easily. What are people using as far as like a tea ball or tea cylinder strainer for spices? And does anybody make a bung that has a loop on the bottom for suspending a tea infusion type device?

Nylon bag

Hey man.

Just use a nylon bag with a sanitized weight in it (stainless fitting or something)
works fine and easy to pull out. Most of the bags have a good 12 inch drawstring on them, so no need to even add additional line to it.
