Craft Brew Alliance, representing high quality hand crafted beers with a portfolio from Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, Redhook Brewery, Kona Brewing Co. and Omission has an immediate opening for a Replenishment Planner, located at our National Sales Office in Los Angeles, CA. This position reports to the Replenishment Planning Manager and contributes to CBA’s success by managing tactical wholesaler inventory replenishment to maintain appropriate warehouse inventory levels.

Specific job duties:
Support the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Manages ongoing wholesaler replenishment orders to balance warehouse demand with business objectives, cost and constraints.
Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with core wholesalers, providing ongoing communication via e-mail, telephone and in person.
Collaborates with the wholesaler and CBA field sales team on the 8 week short-term forecast.
Manages set-up and maintenance of the wholesale replenishment system, including life cycle management.
Analyzes data to generate wholesaler selling profiles to optimize replenishment parameters.
Collaborates with business partners and supply chain functional teams to execute strategies to enhance sales results through improved service levels.
Measures wholesaler performance, analyzes cause and effect, and recommends and executes corrective actions.
Participates in the refinement and improvement of supply chain operational processes, systems and product delivery requirements.
Participates as subject matter expert for wholesaler replenishment planning.
Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve suggested ordering results for the wholesalers, resulting in improved business results.
Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with the logistics team.
Coordinates activities with logistics to ensure timely and efficient shipping to the wholesalers.
Position requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration highly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years supply chain customer service experience required.
Knowledge of APICS, Lean, Six Sigma and/or other Supply Chain Planning, or Continuous Improvement methodology.
Logility Replenishment Planning experience a plus.
A passion for, and desire to grow in knowledge of, the Craft Beer industry.
