Just wondering if anyone has made their own CIP before? Currently I"m using my BK to heat up the caustic, but I have to heat at least 2.5bbls in order to flip the switch so the element turns on. I want to build a CIP that I can turn on if I only need to clean a tank or two. Right now, I usually try to wait until I need to clean 2-3 tanks so it's more cost effective. I'm not even sure what size tanks I would need to clean 10bbl FV's and BT's.
