I was wondering if there is any measurable correlation between the alcohol content of a beer and the amount of oils (hop character) extracted during dry hopping. For instance, if I have 6.5% ABV IPA, should I add an additional 10% of dry hops to get the same hop character as in a 7.1% ABV IPA?
