I am looking to purchase a quality oxygen regulator for our inline oxygenation system. I am currently using an old homebrew one which is working, but I'd like a better one. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good brand and model to purchase? We're using a 7bbl kettle if that is of any help.

Talk with your gas supplier about this. Oxygen regs are all well beyond food grade, mostly because any organic contaminants on the high-pressure side tend to become highly sensitive high explosives. This isn't a worry on the low-pressure side of the reg, so vinyl hose can be used for hook-up.
For in-line oxygenation, you'll also need a flowmeter. If accuracy and comparability is important to you, the meter must be calibrated for O2--these can be hard to find. If you only want to make your settings comparable within the house, a welding Argon meter works fine. We use the floating-ball type, but others prefer turbine type meters.Timm Turrentine
