Garage Brewing Co in Temecula, CA has outgrown its Brewpub and is in the middle of installing a 30 bbl. production facility 100% made in the USA! We will be canning, bottling, and kegging. We are seeking to fill lead positions with brewers that have both on the job experience (2 years plus) and a formal brewing brewing education. As we grow into full capacity production we expect these key people to be flexible in their skill set. We seek to develop a team that has the capability of rotating through different departments of the brewery on a quarterly basis. This will include a separate 10 bbl. brewpub that will focus on creative beer development. So, if you're looking to make wort all the time and managing only yourself then keep on hunting.
We are building out a facility flow that will allow for efficient labor and a culture that stresses quality and safety at all times. Time will be included in daily duties to ensure quality checks on everything from raw materials to packaged goods. Yeast handling, pitching rate, and oxygen pick up through the brewery will be areas of special concern.
