New brewery located on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina is seeking an assistant brewer. We are a production brewery with a tap room. Assistant brewer will work directly with head brewer. At least 1 year experience required. Knowledge of all brewery operations, tank maintenance, and inventory control.
Ideal candidate possesses the following:
* Understanding and experience of all technical brewing and canning processes
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Physically fit to work in brewing environment and lift a minimum of 50+ lbs safely
* Strong communication skills
* Be neat and organized
* Flexibility in respect to schedule and hours
* Passion for brewing beer
