I think it was '94 or '95, but George Fix gave a talk at the Craft Brewers Conference about the importance of mash pH. I used to have a copy of the talk on a cassette tape but I lent it out so many times, I never got it back. Anyway, I was wondering if there was someway to get a copy of it. Does anybody have a copy of that speech and if so, is there someway they could get me a copy? I don't have a tape player anymore so an actual tape wouldn't help. Would it be possible for someone to turn it into a mp3? That was a great speech from a great guy on a topic that doesn't really get talked about too much. I'd really like to hear it again.
