Since we're ramping our production up, we're a bit worried about CO2 levels in the fermenter hall. I'm looking at getting one of these : http://www.co2meter.com/collections/...midity-monitor to keep an eye on things (suggestions for other sensors appreciated). How far off the floor do you all place yours?

I think OSHA recommends 18-36 inches off the ground. We put ours at 24 inches in non-washdown areas. If we need one in a wet area like our bottling room, we use a modified electrical switch housing with NEMA4 rating--we completely take the face off, then install it when we need to clean.
One thing I like about our new meters is the output options--we have strobes outside and alarms inside, as well as remote readouts outside the front door.Mike Elliott
