We’re a growing Mid-Atlantic craft brewery, with a long history, seeking a quality oriented, creative, passionate brewer to lead our team going forward.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional brewing experience, with management and leadership experience, good verbal and written communications skills, good analytical skills and a firm understanding of brewing science.
Duties to consist of brewing oversight, quality control, recipe formulation, yeast management, R&D, scheduling, sourcing, packaging oversight, development of new brews and day-to-day management of brewery staff. Good computer skills and brewery management software experience is a plus.
