The Triple 7 Brewpub located inside Main Street Station Casino Brewery & Hotel in beautiful downtown Las Vegas is now recruiting for a Brewmaster. Triple 7 is the only brewpub in downtown Las Vegas that is located in a full service hotel and casino operating a 15bbl copper clad brewing system. The brewery also houses four 30bbl fermenters, one 15bbl fermenter, two 30bbl serving tanks and four 15bbl serving tanks that supply the main bar in the Triple 7. The brewery maintains 8 different craft styles that include five core styles offered year round, and three seasonal styles that are left to the brewmaster’s discretion. Last year we produced 1100bbls and we look to produce 1200bbls this year.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The brewmaster is responsible for every aspect of running the brewery from the ground up and is responsible for managing the operations of the department to ensure proper processing according to formula specifications.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Responsible for maintenance of brewery equipment and machinery.
-Monitors production, sales and satisfaction.
-Ensure processing to specifications and performing quality control analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Brewmaster certification or A.S. degree in food science.
-Must have thorough knowledge of, beverage machinery, products, presentation, preparation, and taste.
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Meet all health and safety requirements.
