Hi, I'm opening a nano brewery and was told by another brewery that one can use this http://www.chicompany.net/index.php?...oducts_id=3048 until able to afford a true keg cleaner. Could someone explain how to hook it up and the process?

This should help you wrap your head around it. Wash, rinse than sanitize.

We only have cold service water going to ours unfortunately, but instead of the pressure gauge we have our HLT hooked up. The pressure gauge would be nice but not mandatory.

Search the forum for other creative builds. Instead of a sink other people have used reservoirs and pvc for the rack.
