Hello,
I have a client who is opening a craft brewery in the Finger Lakes region of NY. They are looking for a Lead Brewer to run brewery operations. The brewery will be equipped with a new 15 BBL DME Master Class Custom brew house, new fermenters and brite tank, and a new monoblock can filler. The right candidate should be experienced in brewing, packaging, DE filtration, yeast management, recipe formulation, writing SOPs, proper sanitiation and safety procedures, QA/QC, and display leadership skills. As with any brewery there will be heavy lifting and daily squatting, reaching and bending. Production will begin at about 2,500 BBL the first year and grow from there. This facility also produces wine and cider, so the Lead Brewer has the ability to cross over and learn wine and cider making as well. Please email your resume to jfox.fms@gmail.com.
