We are thinking about pulling the trigger on a 20 ton unit from Universal Chilling Systems. This system is built to run in manufacturing facilities but it is not specifically built for brewery use. We will be using it for our current 8 bbl BH and out future 30 bbl BH. We will have 2 30bbl FV, 1 10bbl FV, 2 6bbl FV and 1 30bbl brite. It will not be connected to out cold room.
