4" Tri clamp endcap with handle and bag hanging loop

Title says it all. I have a few tanks that have 4" dry hop ports on them with standard tri-clamp end caps. I am looking to replace these caps with ones that have a loop welded onto the inside of them for hanging spice bags. A little handle on top to help get the cap off would be nice but isn't a deal breaker. I have looked at GWKent, Glacier Tank and a few others but no luck.

I know I can get a welder to weld something to the existing caps, but that would mean pulling them out of service to get it done which is tricky when they always seem to be full of beer. If I have to buy new plain caps and get them welded I'll do it but I just wanted to check to see if anyone had a source for these already built...

I suggest that you buy one more 4"cap, then have the hook welded on it, then replace a cap on the tank, and have that one welded.
