Hello folks,
we are using biofine powder, 100gr per bbl in a double ipa, works great to clear the beer in just 1-2 days.
In order to catch all the remaining biofine from the bottom we filter at 5 nominal microns.
But there is a change in aroma and hop flavor, they are reduced-diminished maybe 1/3.
So my question is if you can tell me if its possible the biofine is affecting that?
The minimum amount its 50gr, but it doesnt clear so bright. (test in a pint of beer)
