I'm curious if anyone is willing to assist me in building my case study by giving me your breweries estimated caustic acid and/or water usage per month.
I'm an Automation Engineer by trade and work in the titanium manufacturing industry filtering the different types of acid they use to pickle the titanium. I'm just curious if there plants out their are filtering and regenerating their caustic acid? if so, is it a plant made system or did you purchase a system? I'm building a modular prototype to recover caustic acid for the aluminum etching process and that got me thinking of the food and beverage manufacturers.. I know the process very well and I know I can work out the details on the functionality of the system, just don't know if there is even a market or need for something like this?
I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm far from that stage, just looking for caustic acid usage figures I can start crunching on. Thank you!
