Arbor Brewing Company, the first American Craft Brewery in India, is looking for an experienced Head Brewer to run operations at our new packaging brewery in Goa. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of production brewery experience and must have knowledge of and proven experience in all aspects of brewing from ingredients to finished product. This includes but is not limited to brewing science, ingredient knowledge, wort production, fermentation, filtering, bottling, canning, and kegging. This person must also have experience with production scheduling using Ekos or Orchestrated Beer. Strong mechanical skills are a must.

Arbor Brewing Company opened its original brewpub in Ann Arbor in 1995 (still going strong!) and its packaging microbrewery in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 2006. In 2012 Arbor Brewing Company India, a brewpub in Bangalore, opened and is heralded as the craft beer leader in India. The opening of our packaging brewery in Goa is planned for late spring of 2016.
