Unfilterable Sour?

We have brewed a few sours and they drop bright pretty well after fruit. I wanted to filter the latest sour before fruit but it just wont run through the filter at all. Using a 5 sq meter della toffola horizontal leaf filter. This beer wont even make it through initial recirc let alone making it to the brite tank.

Has anyone had this trouble before?

Sounds like your solids load is too high, you may need to put fine the beer first before filtering.

We did. We used biofine at 2500 ml to 25 bbls twice! Still ran bad.
