Head Brewer – Aspen Brewing Company - Aspen, Colorado
Aspen Brewing Company is looking for a full time head brewer to run all brewing operations, grain to glass, of our 20 Barrel brew-house in Aspen, Colorado. Our 7-year-old brewery is growing rapidly with new production equipment scheduled to arrive mid-December expanding distribution outside of Colorado.
Head Brewer is responsible for all brewing operations: production management including brewing and brewing schedule, brewing staff, grain & hop orders, yeast management, packaging schedule, equipment maintenance and record keeping in production software (Beer Run).
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years professional brewing experience, be well organized, self motivated and a hard working team member ready to drive Aspen Brewing Company to a nationally distributed craft beer brand.
