Our National Accounts Manager will lead the effort and be responsible for maintaining existing and acquiring new business relationships with Arcadia’s on and off-premise chain accounts. Working closely with our Sales Team and Distributor Partners as a key member of our Leadership Team, you will facilitate the distribution/placement, display and promotional opportunities with our valued existing chain store accounts, and not only build upon the excellent relationships already in place, but also those that are and will be developed moving forward. An exciting 2016 planned as our 20th Anniversary Year with some very cool initiatives for Arcadia Ales.
The Highly Effective Leader for this position will be passionate about quality beer, be a change agent, and utilize excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills combined with supporting data analytics and sound reasoning.
