I'm considering going with an outdoor boiler. I'm a bit nervous, however, because I've never worked at a brewery that had an outdoor boiler. Is there anything I need to watch out for? Any recommended brands?
The boiler will be at least 680,000 BTU/hr. The winters get pretty cold here... well below freezing for weeks at a time.
