Hi All,
Im wondering what everyone is doing about sample bottles when sending salesmen out on the road. We don't bottle any carbonated product so Previously we had been filling about a dozen cases by hand with a blichmann beer gun but we have found we loose a fair amount of carbonation and we managed to pick up an infection in some of our bottles, luckily we caught it before the product was sampled.
How many samples are people sending out into the world (who are producing in the 1500-3000BBL/ year range) ?
if your doing lots of samples how are you making sure they are in good shape when they get to the bar ?
