    Cellarman For Hire

    Homebrewer with bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food Science available for hire. I am interested in getting into the brewing field and am exploring every option I can. Currently part of a product development team. I have experience with flavor applications, organoleptic evaluation, scale up, large scale production operations, microbiological testing, SOP's and GMP's. Quick learner and self starter with a passion for beer and a desire to learn more.
