Saratoga Brewing Company is looking for an assistant brewer who is looking to grow with us. We have a solid portfolio of in house brands, some new projects, as well as a growing list of brands we brew under contract.. Brewer applicants MUST have:
-College education or equivalent trade school/military, brewing experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in a production brewery .Background in beverage, manufacturing or automation a plus.
Long-term commitment to the industry, quality and hard work
Physical capability of lifting 60 pounds and/or moving 165 pounds
Our Brewers have the opportunity to rotate through all aspects of the brewing process, including brewing, cellar work, filtration, kegging, bottling, CIP, cleaning and more cleaning.
This is a 40 hour hourly position with pay and benefits commensurate with experience,
