ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT/ CLERK
40 HRS W/ OCCASIONAL OVERTIME
GARAGE BREWING CO. is opening a production brewing facility in Murrieta in Feb 2016.
This is a small firm of very dedicated individuals and our growth will provide an opportunity for an experienced (intermediate level) individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate performs a range of accounting assistant assignments in a developing capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide accounting and clerical support
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits
• Reconcile accounts
• Daily key data entry of financial transactions
• Research, track and restore accts or documentation
• Problems and discrepancies
• Compile reports/summaries
• Reconcile time cards for payroll database
REQUIREMENTS
• Bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in Microsoft Office, databases, and Quickbooks accounting software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• 10 key proficiency
• High school degree or higher
o Or equivalent certificate a plus
