Does any one know what the minimum malt and hop amounts (percentage) required by the ATF in beer? I want to do an as close to mead ale as possible. Im not lazy but I've wasted a lot of time scanning through my ATF regs and I cant find any hard info and would appreciate anyone who really knows or actually produces something like this. Thanks.
