We are hiring an Assistant Controller. We need someone with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, up to date with accounting technology/software, have experience putting together financial reports, able think ahead and plan/strategize for the future. The Assistant Controller works as part of a team of accountants managing several different and diverse companies. It's a challenging position, different every day. The successful candidate will be accomplished in all aspects of accounting using Quickbooks and proficient in Excel. Requirements:
4 - 5+ years experience in accounting, preferably as an assistant controller/manager in the hospitality industry; critical thinker focused on finding solutions; high level computer skills and understanding and interest in new technology. The ability to be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills is a must! We are drug free company and do pre-employment and random drug testing. A background check will be required.
