Triple C Brewing is a fun loving brewery dedicated to crafting excellent beer; we recently won a Bronze medal at GABF in the Strong Pale Ale Category. The brewery is located in the heart of Charlotte, NC; a craft beer city on the rise. We're looking for an experienced brewer to help with all aspects of wort production of our core line up, seasonals and barrel aged offerings. Want a creative outlet? We release a weekly pilot batch in our tap room that allows our brewers to brew practically anything they can come up with. Job Duties:
Work safely in a production environment
Wort production on a 15 BBL Brewhouse
Tank and Brewhouse C.I.P.
Transfer beer with best practice low D.O. techniques
Dry-hopping
occasionally help on bottling/canning line
Job Requirements:
1-3 years previous experience
Dedication to sanitation and high quality
Must possess good mechanical skills and be able to fix equipment when necessary
Must have great attention to detail
Self motivated, focused and driven
Possess great communication skills
Flexibility with hours(shift brewing)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
