Job Description:
Perform all aspects of the brewing process as directed by the brewery manager.
• Brewhouse operations
• Fermentation
• Filtration
• Packaging – Canning, Bottling and kegging
• Routine maintenance
• Quality assurance
• Public speaking at events
• Adhering to health and safety policies and uphold quality standards
• Operate CIP systems
• Customer service
• Product development
Required Skills and Experience
• 2 years brewpub or brewery experience
• Formal brewing Education
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Time Management, ability to follow instructions and multitask while maintaining focus
• Problem solving skills, strong organizational skills and ability to lift 25kgs.
• Ability to collaborate and work with a team
