Head Brewer- Utah
Welcome to the greatest snow on earth and some of the best mountain biking in the nation. Only 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City with an international airport, multiple concert venues and a thriving cultural center. We are looking for a Head Brewer to join our team and bring awesome craft beer to Springville, Utah. If you want the opportunity to be on the ground floor of starting up a 10 barrel brewery and seeing it take flight then send us your resume.
The following candidate will be responsible for:
• Safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Quality assurance and control
• Adherence to GMP
• Production management
• Inventory and purchasing
• Brewing and cellaring
• Staff development
• Coordination with management team
• Recipe formulation
• Beer pairing dinners
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years comparable brewing experience in a craft brewery.
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and safely.
Employees must be able to work as a team.
Flexibility with work hours and availability is a must.
