Head Brewer Wanted
...for a barely one year old Brewpub in the northern part of the mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State. Located 100 miles north of NYC. Minimum 3-5 years professional brewing experience required. Seeking someone who's looking for a long term situation. Possibility of over seeing a 2nd location in the future. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, making and maintaining beer, maintaining the brewery and it’s equipment, controlling inventory of ingredients and supplies, facility maintenance, attending festivals and other off premise functions when necessary. Knowledge of production brewing a plus. Absolutely must be able to keep proper records and brewing logs for taxes and the like.
