Lost Province Brewing Company is a brewpub that has a growing self-distribution wholesale and retail business. We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic brewer who can help us increase our production and expand our business. As a growing brewery, the employee will have a broad range of responsibilities. Primarily, the employee is responsible for brewing and beer production (cellering, packaging, etc.) for the brewpub and for distribution. Applicants should be knowledgeable, experienced, passionate about craft brewing, and interested in building the business of Lost Province Brewing Co., to meet sales, distribution, financial, and growth objectives. We are located in Boone, NC, a vibrant University town located in the mountains of western NC. We have a four-season environment with wonderful outdoor recreational and cultural opportunities.

Position Description:
This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position.

Reports to:
Director of Brewing Operations

Salary and Benefits:
1. Salaried position, rate dependent on experience.
2. Holiday pay, and accrued paid time off for employees averaging > 35 hr./week (full time.)
3. Health Insurance for employees working > 30 hr./week.
4. Other benefits as indicated in our employee handbook.
