Head Brewer Needed for farm brewery/restaurant 50 miles from Minneapolis

This 7bbl brewery sits on a beautiful and functional farm with an existing taproom and a small restaurant that is to be built out this spring. The farm will provide as much of the grain for the brewery and food for the restaurant as possible, with the goal of eventually producing nearly all of it. This concept merges the farm, brewery, and restaurant to one main location. It brings people as close to the source of their beer and food as possible.
We are looking for a head brewer to take charge the brewing operations. Must be experienced, organized, creative, self motivated, and have good communication skills.
