Backcountry Brewery in Rowlett, TX is currently seeking an Head Brewer. The ideal applicant must be able to adhere to established procedures while working independently and as part of a team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- canning
- draft line cleaning
- keg cleaning
- keg filling
- CIP processes
- wort production
- yeast handling
- working festivals and other events
Applicants must:
-be in Dallas/Ft. Worth or willing to relocate
-be able to work evenings and weekends
-be able to stand for long periods of time
-be able to lift at least 55 lbs several times a day
Commercial brewing experience and/or applicable education is a plus.
