I am in the process of purchasing a Supper Club and putting in a Brew Pub operation. The supper club has been in existence for over 50 years and has an excellent reputation for quality service, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. My goal is to capitalize on the great reputation and build on that. While keeping the supper club as is, I want to build a 10-15BBL brewing operation to expand the business.
The ideal person for our plan is a person who works well with other team members while still showing intense passion for the art of brewing. This person should be technically savvy, with experience in a new start-up or a person who played a leadership role in a successful expansion of a brewing operation. This is a Wisconsin Business. WI allows Self-Distribution. Experience in supply chain management or distribution is a plus.
