Wild Wolf Brewing Company is located in Nelson County, VA; strategically situated on the ‘Brew Ridge Trail’. We opened in November of 2011 and have been rapidly expanding since then. We brew on a 15bbl Premier Stainless system and plan to brew 4800 bbls this year. Our award winning portfolio includes Blonde Hunny, Primal Instinct, Alpha Ale, WolfINStein and more.
We’re located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just minutes away from skiing and hiking, yet relatively close to Charlottesville and Lynchburg. Our 10 acre property features a hop yard, chickens, ducks, vegetable gardens and more. Our farm to fork restaurant utilizes our beer/spent grain in our house made breads, as well as in many of our dishes. We procure our beef and chicken from the same farms that take our spent grain. We are very focused on being eco-friendly and we are very proud to have been selected as the Virginia Green Brewery of the Year!
Our team is growing, so we need a brewery manager to work with our brew master managing the team and the beer production.
Requirements:
• Professional brewing experience
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong management skills
• Good understanding of yeast handling and re-use
• Familiar with canning, bottling and labeling equipment
• Good with equipment troubleshooting and repair
