Brewer/Packaging Manager

4 Noses Brewing Company, is a family owned and operated brewery in Broomfield, CO looking for an experienced, and passionate brewer. We produced around 1200 BBLs in 2015 and are looking to bring production up to around 2000 barrels in 2016. We are looking for someone to work with our head brewer to improve our brand through consistency and creativity. An ideal candidate is extremely passionate about making beer and has the professional discipline to carry out our mission as a brewery. As a small and growing brewery we are looking for someone who can fill several functions on a daily basis. Since we opened our doors a year and a half ago we have strived to make new and exciting products of varying styles in one of the countries most competitive beer markets.

Responsibilities include:
- CIP and general cleaning of brewery
- Organization and management of physical goods and record keeping
- Shift brewing on our 20 BBL 2 vessel system
- Operating and managing a 2 BBL pilot system with some product development abilities
- General maintenance
- Packaging on both a WGC 100 canning line and 4 head manual bottle filler
- Transfer and filtration work/ general cellaring
- QA/QC work including but not limited to cell counting and pitching rate calculations

Requirements are:
- Minimum 2 years brewing in a commercial setting
- Minimum 1 year brewing solo commercially
- Must be 21 or older
- Able to lift 55 lbs regularly
- Computer savvy
- Experience on a canning line is a big plus
- Fork lift experience also a plus
