Head Brewer
Established Pennsylvania craft brewery is seeking a head brewer to lead its continued development and growth. Our brewery rests in a pristine natural setting alongside the Wild and Scenic Delaware River and focuses on small-batch, traditionally-inspired recipes.
- We DO:
o Take our inspiration from nature (brewing with all-natural, whole-food ingredients sourced as locally and organically as possible)
o Practice our craft with respect (embracing tradition and supporting other local craftspeople at every turn)
o Barrel age and bottle condition
o Everything by hand!
- We DON’T:
o Aspire to wow our consumers with new-fangled beer (our old-fangled beer will do the trick just fine)
o Cut corners (period)
The head brewer will be responsible for leading ALL aspects of brewery operations and should embrace the opportunity to be the face of the company - willing and able to lead tours, to educate consumers, to attend events, and to inspire all those in reach with a passion for the brewery’s values and philosophies.
