What we are looking for:
We are looking for a head brewer for our San Francisco brewpub location. Our pub brewery is the test kitchen for all of our production beers that find their way into cans and on draft as well as serving the needs of the brewpub. We are looking for a creative, like-minded positive brewer that enjoys the collaborative effort that comes with being in this industry. You will work closely with the Brewpub management team, our Brewmaster and the 21A Production Team. This is a dream job for the right brewer.

What the job involves:
- Responsible for the entire pub brewing and quality control processes.
- Charged with scheduling, brewing and cellaring operations. Cellar operations include DE filtration, tank transfer, and sanitation procedures.
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work with our Finance Department to maintain and report State and Federal taxes as well as invoicing and scheduling vendors.
- Work closely with the Brewmaster and Brewpub Management Team, but also be able to work independently.
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and “showcase brewery” work environment.
- Expected to be a 21st Amendment team brand ambassador for the pub brewery and at events and functions.
