  • Grain Bag Elevator?

    Folks -

Anybody ever seen an elevator suitable for getting grain bags up to the 2nd floor? (Pretty high 2nd floor... 13 ft or so.) I've seen some hay bale elevators (that have sharp hooks) and I've seen images of some promising conveyor belt elevators but I can't seem to find a source.

    I suppose I could do a gantry crane/chain hoist....

    Thanks!
    Justin

Most of the hay bale lift/conveyors I've seen and used have flat shelves to lift the bales. I'd try to find one of those.

Forklift? They're nice to have, anyway.

Yeah maybe some day... don't have the $$,$$$ right now and they would have limited usefulness around my facility. Not big enough, and snowy/muddy half the time anyway.

Now a little tractor on the other hand...
