Hi, my name is Caroline and I am the East Coast Rep for Lallemand Brewing Yeasts. You may want to try our Abbaye strain from Lallemand. If you would like more info shoot me an email and I can send you the technical data sheet and answer any questions you may have.
    Cheers,

I used to use wlp-400 for my wit but had issues with sulfur, have since switched to fermentis wb-06 with great success..

06 is a Hefe strain, but might work... they also have an Abbey strain BE-256 that might do the job. I have yet to see a dry Wit strain specifically
