Start-up Brewery in Tampa, FL is looking for a head brewer.
We desire: Experienced brewer with expertise in creating and executing recipes, experience with barrel aging, executing sours/bretts, and experience ordering and managing raw materials. Let me be clear, we are looking at someone to take control of production. This brewer will have desire to be a partner in our project and company. We are offering a competitive salary and an opportunity to earn equity.
Brewery will be a 7.5BBL Brewhouse with 7.5 and 15 BBL Fermenters and Brites. We are a taproom only/brewpub project. Project is underway, production is planned to begin Late 2016/early 2017.
