Zenith Brewing Company, we are a small Microbrewery in Cusco, Peru, the heart of the Inca Empire. Surrounded by Mountains and Inca ruins, Cusco is the gateway to Machu Picchu and many other amazing Inca sites. Situated high in the Andes, Cusco has much to offer from adventure sports like rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, zip lining, to exploring the more cultural side with ornate cathedrals squat over Inca temples. Cusco, the foremost city of the Inca Empire, is now the undisputed archaeological capital of the Americas.
Zenith Brewing Company is a well established brewery in Peru’s burgeoning craft beer scene, with a lineup of year round and seasonal brews. We are dedicated to expanding craft beer in Peru; introducing people to craft beer, through our range of beers brewed with traditional methods and showcasing local ingredients.
We are a small and passionate team who love brewing (and drinking) great tasting beer. If beer and brewing is your passion too, then we'd love you come and hang out with us and help us to create more awesome beer.

The full remuneration package, including details of housing allowance will be discussed with the successful applicant.
However please keep in mind, this position isn't about the size of the paycheck, it’s an opportunity to gain hands on experience in all areas of a working craft brewery, to see first hand how to setup and establish a Brewery. An opportunity to work abroad and explore the wonders of Peru.
The cost of living in Peru is a fraction of that in the US or other western countries, the salary offered, along with an accommodation allowance, will be more than enough to provide for a comfortable lifestyle.

What You Need
- Passion for Craft Beer and a desire to travel
- A six month commitment (minimum)
- Previous Brewing Experience and/or Formal Education
- Quality Driven, Team Player with excellent Communication skills, Spanish would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy weight repeatedly. Excellent sanitation skills
- Understanding of brewery safety issues
- Must be willing to work flexible hours / long hours
- Most important, must have fun, enjoy the brewing industry and do whatever it takes to make consistent / quality beer
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting with all Cellar and Brewing Operations, including but not limited to:
- Wort Production
- Recipe development
- Fermentation and tank management.
- Maintaining sanitary work areas
- Following CIP SOPs to clean and sanitize tanks, equipment and kegs
- Packaging operations - Keg and Bottle.
- Laboratory - Cell Counts / Yeast management
- Working in the tap room to help promote the concept of craft beer with the local community
