• Safe operation of labeling, canning and kegging equipment
• Assist in the brewing process
• Highly motivated to learn and work in a team environment
• Troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed for smooth operation
• Quality inspection of all packaged products
• General maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of packaging equipment
• Cleaning of kegs and preparation for filling
• Handling chemicals required for cleaning and sanitation
• Other duties assigned throughout the brewery operation
• Any mechanical needs inside or outside the brewery
• Good written and verbal communication skills used to complete any assigned reports
• A problem solver and attention to detail throughout brewing process
• Clean/Sanitize all brewing equipment.
• Work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
• Work well under pressure and at a fast pace
• Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Frequently lift up to 75 pounds
• Maneuver and lift 165 pound kegs
• Will work in wet and/or cold conditions
• Available to work long and/or flexible hours and on weekends
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must have an appreciation for craft beer
• Knowledge of the brewing process
• CIP startup/shutdown and dial in a WG 250 unassisted
• Make fill level adjustments using time and flow meter operations
• Complete a full tear down or digital seam inspection and react appropriately.
