The Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Assistant Brewer for immediate employment.
Experience working in a brewery is preferred. Hourly rate will be based on experience.
Work schedule will typically be 24-32 hours per week.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Brewing in a 15 bbl Specific Mechanical brewhouse
-Manual cleaning of brewhouse vessels
-Filtering beer with a plate and frame filter
-CIP of production tanks
-Racking off brite tanks into kegs
-Cleaning beer lines
-Cleaning kegs
-Bottling on a one-head filler
-Representation at beer festivals and guild-related events.
