Experience on different floor products?

Hi folks,

I've been looking at choices for sealing floors. I'm interested to know what people's experience has been with different cement urethane products, particularly Stonhard, Silka, and Flowcrete?

Also I've seen some people on here talk about concrete additives such as hycrete and xypex. Have these held up as well as sealant membranes on top of concrete? They're certainly alot cheaper but I've never seen them used in a brewery space before.
