  • Polylok?

Has anyone used Polylok trenches in their brewery?

I'm still trying to dig up more info from the supplier on heat and chemical resistance, but a local supplier says they've had good results with it. So far the most immediate downside is that it's not pre-sloped so needs to be installed more carefully.

As a follow-up, it turns out the trenches are polypropylene. It sounds like polyester polymer concrete might be more desirable, but does anyone know if PP holds up better than, say, HDPE?

i have polylok drains and they're ok. The only problem I have is that when they were installed an area under part of it wasn't properly prepared and has sunk, this has cause two of the pieces to begin separating and pulled one away from a drain hole. We have a temporary fix made by using some epoxy or something (not sure, plumber did it) to seal the gaps until we can afford to bust up some concrete and fix it right
