Epic Brewing Co. in Denver is currently seeking to fill a vacancy on the Brewdeck!

Qualified applicants will have two years minimum previous brewery experience and be able to work nights and weekends.
The position offered is for the third brew shift (10pm-6am). With the definite possibility of working some days and weekends.

Brewer's duties include but are not limited to:
*
-Brewing within specified standards.
-Understand and adhere to clean and sanitary safe work practices.
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
-Handle and use prescribed chemicals to CIP hoses and vessels (PPE is provided and required).
-Operate forklift.
-Aid cellar operations.
-Record and maintain accurately, data associated with prescribed processes.
-Complete assigned tasks as needed.

To be considered for this position applicant must:
-Have two years minimum previous brewery experience.
-Be able to repeatedly lift 55lbs.
-Have a flexible schedule to accommodate meetings, brewhouse breakdown days and possibly weekends as needed.
-Possess an understanding of brewing science.
-Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a team driven environment.
