Maintenance/Packaging Manager Position Available
Position available immediately for Maintenance/Packaging Manager in mid-sized craft brewery located in Portland, Oregon.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a leadership position
• 5-10 years of experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• 3+ years managing employees
• Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
• Proven success with capital project management
• Good Math and Computer skills
• Excellent initiative, self-starting personality
• Inventory Management experience
Desirable skills/qualifications for the successful candidate will be:
• College degree (2/4 year) in related field
• A basic knowledge of the brewing , beer packaging, and utility processes
• 5+ years of Experience with running high-speed beer packaging line
• Forklift
• Stainless Welding
• Automated Controls Experience (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
• Low-Voltage certification
This is a split-duty position that requires solid leadership in two different areas in a busy manufacturing environment. A competitive salary and benefit package will be offered to the successful candidate.
